This past year I have upgraded my training routine. I am now in the gym five days a week with Sean Hope Ross. Sean is a certified strength coach and personal trainer with over 20 years of health and fitness experience – he is the current strength and conditioning coach for both the Calgary Hitmen (WHL) and the Calgary Roughnecks lacrosse team (NLL).
